1. We try to always speak the truth

We avoid saying anything just to make a deal or impress the client. Whether it’s about how long a process will take, what documents are needed, or how much a service costs – we aim to be clear and honest.

Example: If we know the process might take 3 weeks, we should not say “It’ll be done in one week” just to make the client happy. It’s better to give the correct picture from day one, even if it feels difficult.

 
2. We strive to fulfill every commitment and deadline

When we give a date or promise a task, we must try our best to stick to it. If there’s any delay or issue, we should update the client before they have to chase us.

Example: If we said we’ll share the CR (Commercial Registration) copy by Thursday, then by Thursday morning we should send it. If it’s not ready, we should inform the client in advance and not wait for them to ask.

 
3. We handle Amanah (trust) with full responsibility

Client documents, advance payments, and private business plans are an Amanah – a trust. We are responsible for keeping them safe and using them properly. Even losing a single paper or sharing their private info without permission goes against this value.

Example: If a client gives us OMR 1,000 as a business setup advance, it should be recorded and managed with full transparency – where it is being used, and how much is remaining.

 
4. We recommend what’s right, not what’s expensive

We should never push a bigger or premium package just to increase company income. We first try to understand what the client truly needs – and then suggest the best option for them, even if it’s the lowest package.

Example: If a client only needs a 3-month office setup to complete registration, and they will leave Oman afterward, we should guide them to the Standard Package, not the Premium one.

 
5. We avoid finding faults in others

We don’t blame ministries, clients, or even service providers just to avoid responsibility. We focus on solving the problem instead of pointing fingers. Respect in every direction is our policy.

Example: If a client’s registration is delayed because they didn’t give full documents, we can explain it politely, not by blaming others.

 
6. We try to pay every Haq (right) without delay

If someone is owed a payment, refund, or commission, we try to settle it quickly and respectfully. Delaying someone’s right is unfair and hurts our name in the long run.

Example: If a client cancels the process within the refund policy timeline, we should not delay their refund or make excuses.

 
7. We show compassion to deserving clients

If a client is facing genuine difficulty – maybe a startup with limited capital, or a long term client going through difficulty – we can consider giving them extra time, a small discount, or in rare cases, even waiving some amount.

Example: A client who has always paid on time is facing a delay in bank clearance. Instead of applying late fees or cutting off service, we can give them a grace period
